Alex has advised the leadership of the Chicago Bears on a strategy for a new stadium and surrounding uses for the past several years. This work began while Alex was a Principal at HR&A Advisors. Alex’s work included initial consideration of potential site options in Arlington Heights, followed by an analysis of a potential Lakefront location in downtown Chicago. For both locations, Alex analyzed the economic and fiscal impacts of stadium and district construction and operations and of associated visitor spending throughout the region in support of discussions with local and State leadership.
